Hello 

I had an ingrown hair about a year ago in my forearm and every time it has healed i would pick at it . So ive had a continual skin coloured bump since then. It hasn't got bigger it has just come back every time I have picked it off. Anyway i saw a health care professional and he thinks its BCC and has referred me to dermatology. 

He told me not to worry, because apparently they just cut it out and thats the end of it. 

However I suffer with my mental health and the anxiety this is causing me is crippling me. Its affecting every aspect of my life. 

My biggest fear is leaving my children and i feel like a ticking time bomb right now.

I'm 39.
