Hello HellenaR, 

It's normal to feel this apprehension about going to get this checked out especially after what you went through in your 20s when abnormal cells were discovered but if you are worried about your cervix feeling bumpy, it's worth seeing the doctor and getting this looked at just for peace of mind. It might be nothing to worry about but your GP will be able to tell you more and hopefully give you reassurance. Do tell them about your medical background, the fact that you had a loop in your twenties for abnormal cervical cells. 

I hope that you manage to speak to someone about this soon and that it all turns out to be nothing of concern.
