I am so sorry to hear that your latest gastroscopy shows an oesophageal tumour and that it is probably malignant. It's bound to be a really stressful time for you as you are waiting for a biopsy to be taken to confirm the diagnosis. 

It's a good idea to think ahead of the sorts of questions you would like to ask at the outpatients appointment and make sure you write these down so that you do not forget.
