Hi I found out after a visit to a&e I have terminal pancreatic cancer which has spread to my liver and stomach with around 4 months! I am in total shock. I also have gall stones!!! Everything I eat bloats me.  Can anyone advise what diet to try!?

I also am having a liver biopsy next week to see what palliative chemo they could offer to help the pain! Any advice on this would be a huge benefit, does it help? Will I feel worse, would you bother!!!! 

im distraught for my family, we have lost my sister, cousins, dad, mother in law in the last 3 years this just tops the lot! 

my children turn 21 in September Which I don’t think I will reach! So sad

im putting a brave face on things and have a hospice nurse arriving today , any questions I should ask!?
