I am so sorry to hear about your stage 4 diagnosis and that you had complications following your gallbladder removal. I hope that the chemotherapy treatment is going well as well as the immunotherapy. Just to double check, is it gallbladder cancer you have been diagnosed with? I would assume so since you mentioned you had your gallbladder removed but I didn't want to make a wrong assumption. If you let us know the exact type of cancer you have been diagnosed with, we can have a little look for you to see if we can find other threads from members who have been diagnosed with the same cancer. It helps to talk to others who have been in a similar place before. 

I hope that your treatment will go well and that you will hear from others who have been affected by the same cancer and also had their gallbladder removed and a similar treatment plan.
