I'm sorry to hear that you've recently needed to have some bowel screening tests done and that the returned results have given you cause for concern but with the possible diagnosis and also with the clerical errors. 

Please do get in touch with your GP to raise these concerns as they will be best placed to investigate further and raise any issues with the screening programme if necessary. 

I hope that you don't have to wait long for answers regarding your health and that the doctors can give you some reassurance.
