Brain tumour lymphoma

Hi I passed out at work over a year ago and eventually was diagnosed with brain tumour which I had removed by surgery but then was diagnosed with lymphoma and had 4 sessions each a week long of chemo also harvest of stem cells and then a bone marrow/ stem cell transplant. I've been in recovery since end of July but still suffering to get back to good various levels of energy/confidence/memory banks and general normal lifestyle. I wish everyone all the best for the future and would really appreciate any chats

  • Hi Hornet-man,

I noticed you haven't had a reply to your post yet, so I just wanted to offer you a very warm welcome to the Cancer Chat community and to let you know your post has been seen.

It sounds like you've been through a lot over the last year or so but I'm really glad the treatment you've had has been successful, although it must be frustrating at times when it feels like your recovery is taking longer than you thought.

I'm sure some of our members will stop by for a chat soon but if there is anything you would like to discuss further with one of our cancer nurses, they're available on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m. They're very informative and will do all they can to help you with anything you may be concerned about at this time.

    Kind regards,

    Steph, Cancer Chat Moderator
