A very warm welcome to the forum Babschap although I'm sorry to hear multiple mets have been found on your lungs.
I know this must be really scary but our community are here for you, and I'm sure some of our members will stop by soon to offer you their support and advice.
If you can, try not to read about this too much until you've spoken to your oncologist, as any information you may be coming across will not be specific to your situation, plus your oncologist will be able to answer all your questions and hopefully ease your mind slightly about what has been found on your scans.
I know this is much easier said than done, so if you'd like to talk things through with one of our cancer nurses, you can give them a call next week on 0808 800 4040. Their phone lines are open Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m and they'll do all they can to help.

Hi Babschat, so sorry to hear that you have multiple mets on your lungs, I can understand how scary that must be to hear. My first ct scan showed a couple of small lung nodules ,which they told me they have seen a lot of since covid and not to worry. However, 3 months later they want to do a thorax ct scan, to check them out. I too feel really scared at what this ct scan will show. My scan isn't due until 26th April, will then have the wait for results. I think all the waiting is the worst bit I hope you don't have to wait too long to see the oncologist and that they can give you some reassurance. Xx
