My husband has been for an x ray and scan this morning. Gp rang this aft to say it's likely lung cancer . He's got to go into hospital as soon as they can get a bed to have fluid taken off his lung . So worried now but trying to be strong for him
I'm so sorry to hear that your husband was told earlier this week that he likely has lung cancer. It's obviously an incredibly difficult time for you both.
Has the hospital been able to find a bed so that he can be made more comfortable with the fluid removal? Hopefully the team has been able to do this and give you both some reassurance about the next steps in his care.
