Hi, I was doing my monthly examination on Friday and I’ve noticed dent on the right side of breast. I noticed it when I lifted up my arm to check in the mirror. It was first thing and my breast were more saggy. There is stretch marks near but the dent is noticeably different to the stretch marks. I was going to go to the Dr but I’ve noticed when I’ve checked again this evening and breast enlarged it’s not there.  I’ve got pain in it too. I’m early 40s and no history of cancer in the family. Looking for advice as I’ve not spoken to anyone. Do I go to the Dr for peace of mind? Thanks
