I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis and that you're currently struggling with some side effects of treatment It sounds like it's having quite an impact on you and I can understand that you'd like to find ways to improve things. 

Do talk to your clinical care team about the fatigue that you're experiencing so that they can check there are no other underlying causes for this tiredness. 

Tiredness and fatigue are listed as side effects of Sutent and we have some further advice on our website about fatigue and cancer drugs that may be helpful.
