I had breast cancer 23 years ago but now worried about an enlarged breast vein. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi 

I had breast cancer over 23 years ago and have been really well and had marvelous treatment. I have now found below the breast an enlarged  vein which is a bit of a worry. I have an appointment with a Doctor next week but was wondering if anyone has experienced this
