My problem is that I can’t sleep at all…. I’m exhausted 

I’m still on steroids meds, I’m hoping I’ll be able to sleep when they come down but is not for another 4 weeks

Never knew I could be so tired 

And now is the time when I known I won’t be able to sleep… my head is to full. I’ve tried meditation recording turn all lights out tv…

I found a good letter puzzle game that is what I end up doing most of the night

Meditation or even relaxing music help sometimes. Usually I don't sleep too much( 4 hours a night are enough for me- not ideal, but I am working like this)...but after a week of radiotherapy I feel like I am always tired...
