Bowel wall thickening

Hi I recently had a CT scan for something else and they noticed on my partially viewed bowel, there was mural wall thickening. Has anyone else had this and if so what was the cause? I don’t even know whereabouts in my bowel the thickening was. Hoping to hear if anyone else has experienced this and what the outcome was? Thank you
