I'm sorry to hear about what you're facing. Caring for loved ones with cancer can be overwhelming, especially when it affects multiple family members. 

You might want to consider reaching out to your local hospice or palliative care team for guidance and support as they may be able to provide assistance with pain management and emotional support for both you and your loved ones.

Hopefully other who have faced similar situations with their loved ones with cancer will be along shortly to offer advice and support. Until they do, I thought it might be useful to give you the link for a page on our website called family, friends, carers and cancer where you can find  tips on how to support someone with cancer and yourself while you're going through this process.
