Not again: diagnosed colon cancer 2022, then middle right lung removed now they found it in liver and abdomen

Diagnosed colon cancer 2022 had operation and 6 months chemo. In feb 23 told my oncologist I still didn’t feel right and was breathless, scans showed fast growing nodule. Middle right lung removed now they’ve found it in Liver and Abdomen it’s early days so that’s good news. But feel like I’m forever going to keep getting it back

  • Hello Happychic68,

Poor you you've been through so much in the last few years - I am glad though that what they have found in the liver and abdomen is at an early stage so that's good news as you say and I hope that they will be able to tell you more soon about your treatment options for that. It must feel a bit endless for you and I just wanted you to know that you are not alone and many members of our community have been through something similar and had to fight one cancer after another. I will let them come and say hello and share their stories with you and hopefully you will hear from others who find themselves in a similar place. I hope you won't mind but I have edited the title of your thread to add some more information about your story so that it can be spotted by others who are in a similar place more easily.

We're thinking of you during this difficult time and I hope that they can deal with the liver and abdomen issues very soon. Let us know if you don't mind when you find out more about what the treatment plan might be.

    Best wishes,
