Mum has bladder cancer these past couple of days she's been getting a pain in her left side would that be to do with the cancer shes already said she will not have morphine

Thank you steph I think has well its where she's lost a lot of weight her back mostly now her spine is sticking out and it hurts because she's bed bound and just lying all the time but there is a sort of and odour like a pungent smell I'm not sure if it's to do with catheter bad or just like a cancer odour will ring doctor tomorrow to get a referral for district nurses to pop in once again thanks for replying
