Hello Lesley ,I also had mastectomies and lymph node removal on the left side . I had exercises to do and everything has been fine .I am taking Letrezole for the next 10 years .This can give you menopausal symptoms again ,I am taking antidepressants that actually stop the flushes for this ,not totally but it does help .Good luck with your radiotherapy now xxx
