Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm sorry to hear of the situation with your mum - I hope you are getting on OK, I'm sure this must be incredibly tough and it's good to hear you have some close family around you.

A couple of resources are Macmillan - for general information, support and a helpline - and Maggie's, who have local centres for support groups. I'm not sure if there is a centre near you, but it would be worth having a look.

There is a Scotland-based charity for cancer support, called Clan, which may be of some help.

And here are is a page specifically about support for lung cancer, which has helpline information as well as links to further support options.

I hope that some of this can be of some use.

I also noticed you posted a similar post elsewhere - we have unpublished that one and kept this one, so hopefully you'll get some more replies to your post here, and I hope that this forum can be helpful for you too, in terms of connecting with others.
