Try if you can not to worry too much as lymph node issues can be triggered by so many different causes so try not to anticipate the worst as there could be so many other things it could be. It's bound to be a worrying time for you and having to wait to be seen can be really stressful and make your mind go into overdrive and make you fear the worst. Keep well away from the temptation to look anything up on Google as it will make your anxiety worse and won't provide any reliable answers. I thought I would share with you these helpful tips to help you cope while waiting for important news.
