Good morning…. Found this chat and finding it reassurring, have a referral for 2WW to Head and Neck cancer for a lump in neck which is around the size of a 10p piece, GP was lovely and said it is the lymph node but could be reactive….. no recent illness, Gp asked about  drenching night sweats, which I don’t have but since the lump appeared  I have been really hot…. After being normal freezing in bed!  Sweating a little but not drenching…. Anyway not long to wait and hopefully it will be a fatty lump, any advice or own similar experiences would be great to hear from H
