I am so sorry to hear about your bladder cancer diagnosis and about the odds you have been given for your operation. I can understand why this is such a difficult decision for you to have to take and you will need to carefully weigh all the pros and cons. It may be worth talking things through with your consultant and seeing what they advise you do. I hope that you will hear from the experiences of others who have been diagnosed with bladder cancer and who have had to make similar treatment choices. I've had a look on the forum for recent threads by members who have also been diagnosed with bladder cancer and found a few threads you might be interested in having a look at and feel free to respond if you wish to do so. KARENessex posted her bladder cancer story only yesterday and could be a good person for you to exchange experiences with. Another member Peter9611 also posted his bladder cancer diagnosis thread and Mothergotham62 who was diagnosed with bladder cancer last April would also be a great person for you to connect with.
