I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis, but glad to hear that you are recovering well following your mastectomy. Most people dread the thought of losing their hair. Have you looked into wearing a cold cap? This is not for everyone and it doesn't always work, but it is worth a try. Losing one's hair is never pleasant, but remember that this is only temporary and it is a small price to pay for the gains that chemo offers you.
