Hi all my name is Tracy I found out in November 2023 that I had bowel cancer, Was at work and had a bad pain in my right hand side of my stomach and kept belching had a scan which came back with stage 4 bowel cancer, as you can imagine I was devastated. Has anyone any good tips for eating as losing weight as can only eat little bits. My stomach is so swollen the hospital is going to try and drain it .
