Anxiety is so debilitating! Sending love and strength and hope you get your scan and answers soon.

I suffered terrible anxiety waiting for my diagnosis and came on here for advice.  Someone suggested jigsaw puzzles, so I downloaded an app to my phone and whenever I find myself starting to feel the anxiety creep in I start a jigsaw on my phone - it helps me escape realty for a little while and is far more enjoyable that I anticipated too.

Thank you. I just don’t want to hear its spread elsewhere. I do try to keep occupied but it just creeps in on there. I may have a look at the jigsaws. Thank you for just replying to my message.
