Hello JBB
I'm sorry to hear that you've been through treatment for breast cancer and that now treatment is complete you're struggling with some concerns and anxieties. I know that many of the members here in the Cancer Chat community will understand how difficult it can be to move forward after treatment is finished.
I don't know if you've spoken with your breast care nurse or GP about how you're feeling JBB but it's certainly worth talking with them if you haven't already done so. There are often support groups available in local areas where you can talk to others who have been through similar experiences and can share their stories with you.
You might like to have a look at the Breast Cancer Now website as they run a variety of Moving Forward courses that you may find helpful. If you have a Maggie's centre local to where you live it's worth looking at their website too and considering a visit.
Undoubtedly you will have been through a lot since your initial diagnosis and it can take time for us to find our new normal after active treatment ends. If you'd like to talk things through with one of our nurses you're welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice and support they can.
Best wishes,
Jenn

Hi JBB
i can completely understand how you feel. I think unfortunately it’s something we have to live with..most people I’ve spoken to who have experienced BC have said they are anxious it’s still there came back. I think the good news is we will get regular monitoring and hopefully in time the anxiety will lessen (fingers crossed). We’ve been through a lot so got to consentrate on living and be g happy sending love x
Thank you you so much for your kind remarks it does help xx
