Hi there, my name is Gary and I have just been diagnosed with bowel cancer!, had a colonoscopy two days ago and now waiting for full body scan. Frankly I am bricking it, don’t know anything about my cancer and what treatments or what stage it’s at, I really am struggling to cope with this news , can’t settle and am running around like mad trying to sort my wife and I finances as though I might drop dead tommorow or be admitted, need tips to come to terms and how to maintain a positive attitude, just keep breaking down, just want to try and get on with life but???? How
