Phil B - PSA rising, what next?

Hi all. Newbie here. Had radical prostatectomy 8m ago but psa has been rising since and now referred to oncology following significant last increase. Wife in a state and I don’t know what to expect. Presumably HT and RT. Anyone else with similar situation? Thanks.
