Mucosal melanoma of nasal cavity

I was recently diagnosed with this cancer - completely unexpected as all the medics thought the tiny lump in my nasal cavity was harmless. I have been treated for oesophageal cancer in the past but this is entirely unrelated. I have had surgery but as there were some residual melanoma in situ, I am now undergoing a course of radiotherapy. I am finding this incredibly gruelling and side effects worsening as weeks go by.
