I was told no Chemo then it changed to Chemo then had the Oncotype low score then no chemo , hopefully it will be the same for you good luck xx 

How long did you have to wait for the oncotype score?x

I say tamoxifen but I am through the menopause so probably would have been something else.  Please try not to worry - easier said than done but I guess people fight this every day and win x

And be cheeky about oncotyoe say you are not accepting chemo without out it that’s what I did x

They should do it , I was told about the test hete so I went in guns blazing wasn’t accepting statistics and all that I wanted fact and that’s the only way I was getting it x

Even when I got results and treatment options better than  I was told I had horrific nightmares that they had got my treatment plan wrong. I think that’s how badly the worry affects you but it does get better honestly.  It isn’t as scary a few weeks later I promise.  Even if my outcomes were worse I think you find a strength? Deal with things when they come along? They might never come along. I hope I am not doing more harm than good here. I was shocked to the core with my diagnosis and ok now and I want to pass on that things can be really good.

I tell my son and daughter in law I will have a groove in my boob  to hold my future grandchild - will make it more comfortable for me and for my grandchild. They will fit perfectly! 

You have been helpful.  It's good to hear other's perspective on it.

I'm just lucky it was caught when it did. One minute there was no lump and 2.5 weeks later it just appeared x

Seriously good luck with it all and they say only worry about things you can do something about, you are getting treated quickly and we just have to hope it’s the best treatment? I didn’t look into things just accepted thingsx

Hi, I'm similar timescale/position as you. Was told two lumps, likely lumpectomy, radiotherapy, tamoxifen, then MRI showed 4 lumps, so likely DIEP procedure or mastectomy. They can't rule out chemo until my lumps have been tested. Feels like the goalposts keep changing. Waiting for my DIEP consultation, but everything delayed because of holidays and pending Dr strikes

Hi Annielouise..great to hear from you and I'm so sorry you are going thru this..it's so rubbish isn't it!! Do keep me posted on how things are going,I will keep everything crossed for you!! 

I was on a high after my op, but then crashed, was so tired, emotional too..I have just had to give in to what my body needs, which is rest, sleep and time to heal..not been easy as I'm on my own with my son, who has been such a great support! Us women are always on the go, so it's hard to give in to this..
