And so far for 4 out of 5 days radiotherapy everything is fine. I did have pain after the first session but this disappeared and I was very scared to start. It has been no problem at all.  Hope that helps.

Did you feel like you could return back to work etc?

Hi no not yet but only because the side effects don’t seem to happen until two weeks after radiotherapy.  I was told I could go about life as normal during treatment which I was a bit sceptical about but it’s true.  Absolutely no symptoms.

How long did you have to wait for the oncotype score?x

About 10 days 

I no how you feel it was the worst time as I was told all along no chemo , then all of a sudden they said chemo my world fell appart demand the Oncotype test I did lol 

So they don't just offer the test, you have to request it?

I was only told about the possibility of chemo on the morning of my op, it floored me a bit.  Well done for coming onto this forum I have only been able to come on now.  But I identified so closely with your question I wanted to reply.  What I tried to think to myself was deal with things when or if they come up - they might never come up?
