Hi! So ive noticed over the past couple of days that my right area of my groin and sometimes the penirum area have started aching. I dont remember anything ever pulling them, i just started aching. I did what no one should do and chekcdd google and got the idea that i could have cancer. I checked for lumps and anything out of the ordinary and i can say that i dont have any. It sometimes aches very close to my right testicle but never is the soruce of the ache. I was having my alone time when i noticed my right testicle was very firm while my left was not and panicked. The right one has returned to its normal state after i stopped.  Any advice would be appricated :)
