Breast cancer - Can anyone tell me anything about the Oncotype DX test?

Hi all I wonder if there is some one on here who knows a bit more information on oncotype DX 

I had a mastectomy on the 8th of November all went well I then had an appointment today with my consultant who informed me that my biopsy that they had take from my breast was sent to America.

And that when they test it will indicate whether I need chemo or radiotherapy or none at all

Also I have to go back to have a lymph node removed even tho I had two removed when I had my breast removed 3 week ago how come that was missed feel like I'm moving forward

    Hello 

    the Oncotype DX gives a score of if chemo is going to be beneficial, I had this and thankfully had a low score no chemo was required .

    the score is based on your rumour alone your actual tumour gets sent to America so it’s not based on statiso .

    what do you mean about another lymph node ? You need another operstion to remove 1 you said ?

    When I had my mastectomy operation they removed 2 lymph nodes and left the 3rd for some reason.

    So now I have Togo and have another operation to remove the 3rd one in which I'm very annoyed because how was this missed and I'll have my operation next week Tuesday still feeling tender from 3weeks ago
