Hi, I had a lump in my neck for a year and a half before being able to get a biopsy done due to the size and position of lump. I had three ultrasounds before they attempted it. My endoscopy was also clear. Eventually I had to have a surgery as it turned out to be cancerous but what I can say is that the worry and waiting is the worst part of the process. I know I was really worried too so I completely understand. Keep on top of your doctor to get ultrasound and biopsy and keep feeling it and if you feel any changes in the size of the lump phone them and let them know. I would also say when the chance to get biopsy done it’s worth taking it. Again the thought is scarier than the actual process… Hope this helps in some way.
