It sounds very odd. Sounds like a possible admin mistake as these appointments are made for people who have been having treatment for advanced cancer and the treatments have failed. If your significant other doesn't even have their biopsy results yet I think an error has been made somewhere. They need to contact dermatology or the contact number on the appointment letter for an explanation. Please let us know how they get on,
