I am so sorry to hear you have been feeling so worried after noticing these three hard lumps just inside your vagina. The best thing to do really just to get peace of mind is exactly what you've done - to book an appointment to see a doctor who will examine you and with whom you can share your fears and concerns. it's normal to be worried when we notice something unusual about our bodies and it's really important to flag this with your GP but try not to worry too much if you can or anticipate the most unlikely scenario. 

You are right that Googling doesn't help even if the temptation is understandably very much there and we all have a tendency to look things up online when we are worried about our health. Try to stay well away from Dr Google as it will only make you anxious and give no satisfactory answers. It's good you won't have to wait too long now for your appointment and that you can be seen on Friday.
