Good Evening.

I am new to this forum but have had recent experience with primary liver cancer (two tumours), Briefly, I was diagnosed two months ago and a month ago had SIRT procedure at the hospital. I am still awaiting the results.

It would be great to discuss this with anyone who has also undergone similar as recent background is scarce.

I am male and 79 years old.

    I'm sorry to hear you were diagnosed with liver cancer but I'm glad to hear you've had treatment and I hope your recovery has been going well.

    Hopefully some of our members who have had SIRT will be along soon to share their experiences and advice but if you'd like to discuss your treatment or anything else to do with your diagnosis with one of our cancer nurses, you can do so on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m. They're very friendly and will do all they can to answer any questions you may have at this time.

    We're thinking of you Peter and will have our fingers crossed you won't have to wait too much longer for your results.
