I'm sorry to hear about your Dad's diagnosis. It's understandably a difficult time for you all at the moment and natural that you want to hear some positive news. 

It's good to know that your Dad's case is going to be overseen by a more senior Oncologist and hopefully they will be able to give you some more information about your Dad's situation and the next steps. 

I know that we've had members here on the forum previously who have had HIPEC treatment (Hyperthermic/heated Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy). Hopefully, someone will post to share their experiences with you but you might want to use the forum search function to look for posts that contain the term "HIPEC" to read some of those posts. 

You might like to give our team of nurses a call to talk things through with them as well. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information, and support they can as well as help you think about some of the questions you might want to ask at your Dad's appointment.
