What does triple negative mean?
It means the cancer doesn't have any of the receptors commonly found in other breast cancers. Basically, your cancer isn't being fed by hormones. That's a simplistic explanation. Sometimes after surgery, folk are told there is a receptor, so the diagnosis is changed. Not always, but sometimes.
