Hi all.
So my story so far is.... borderline ovarian cyst removed in November 2021. 6 months CT scans since which all seemed ok.
Went to GP on 01 Aug as having strange discomfort on right hand side. Lovely GP sent me for blood tests and it has taken off again from there.
CA125 level was 82 so was referred to Consultant on 2 week pathway. Had CT scan and ultrasound and now have a face to face meeting with the Consultant next Tuesday.
So scared that it is face to face although GP has rung me several times in the last few weeks to see how I am (so thankful to him to keep in touch with me) Said that the ultrasound was "reassuring" and he wonders whether it might be Acute Cholecystis as it looks like it could be around the gallbladder area that is of concern. He also said he is hopeful it wouldn't be anything sinister being I have so many checks since Nov 21. Cameras/scans/bladder check, kidney check and that my last CT scan in May was fine. He has not had sight of the CT scan results
I really am so scared as don't know what Tuesday will bring
xx
