It sounds like you are going through a very stressful time at the moment but it's good you have managed to get a doctor's appointment for Wednesday and that you treated the threadworms. It's good news that your bloods are fine and hopefully you will get a clearer picture of what is causing these symptoms when you see your GP on Wednesday. Make sure you mention too this pain you have developed in the centre of your back. 

If you feel really unwell over the weekend, you can go to A and E or ring 999. However if you would like non urgent medical advice over the weekend, you also have the option of ringing 111. 

I hope you get some answers soon and that you feel better quickly. Waiting for test results is incredibly stressful and the temptation is often there to look things up on Google - this unfortunately will only make you feel worse and more anxious so try if you can to focus on other things. There are helpful tips on this page to help you cope while waiting for news.
