Hi, I had a scan 4 month ago after having a post menopausal belle (I’m 49 and 3 years post menopause).

the scan looked ok but there was a cyst and blood was fine.

went for follow up scan 2 weeks ago, and dr called me in for an app within 2 days. Said bloods were fine but cysts had grew and tube was swollen and a shadow.

now I’m booked in 2 weeks for a removal of ovaries and tubes, a wash with some kind of sterile water and a biopsy.

it’s all happening so fast (which is good I know but makes me feel it’s really serious)

im a mess and can’t stop crying
