Hi there , you will probably be referred to Urology for a flexible cystoscopy . This is a really quick procedure that takes 2-3 minutes . It’s a small tube that goes into your bladder and the doctor will look on the screen and see what is going on . They will then advise you from there. Sending you best wishes and a hug x

Many thanks for replying and I am glad everything is going in the right direction for you.  It’s terrible when they tell you they have found a mass and then just send you home and say don’t worry!

may I ask what BCG treatment and cystoscopy

so glad you are still all clear.  It’s terribly scary it’s so large so I think that’s what is making me worry more x

Hi Judy , BCG is for a higher risk . Most bladder masses are superficial and can be treated easily and just require regular check ups . Let’s hope you fall into that category x Cystoscopy is a small instrument that goes into the bladder via the water pipe to look inside the bladder , it takes 2-3 minutes . Hope this helps xx
