Hi I just had a operation last Tuesday on my left breast and now waiting on results...my breast feels very hard on the side is this normal after a operation??
Sorry I should off said I had a 3mm not lump but like salt gains of cancer taking away and now waiting to see if any has spread etc finger's cross its all going to be ok ...the waiting is the hard part ...
A biopsy? You will find your will get some swelling and bruising, the bruising came out on mine on about the 4th day, swelling was there for at least 10 days. You might find you get some tingling/itching sensations, all perfectly normal. The waiting is hell, hoping my wait will be ending shortly. Sympathise with you.
I had the biopsy.. which came back with cancer and I now had a opp to take away the 3mm cancer gains away ..now I am waiting for results to see if the good part tht they've taking away is ok ...sorry hope you understand me my spelling is bad so I find it hard to explain..
I am so sorry to hear that there were some cancer cells found at biopsy. However, it is good to hear that you have already had these removed and I hope that you are recovering well. When are you due to get your pathology results? I sincerely hope that you get clear margins and don't need too much further treatment.
