I'm sorry to hear that since finishing your recent radiotherapy treatment your pain has increased. It's not uncommon for side effects of treatment to continue to worsen for a few weeks after treatment stops and hopefully things will start to improve for you soon. 

However, in the meantime do you have a clinical nurse specialist you can get in touch with for advice and support? Perhaps contacting the Consultant's secretary to ask for some advice may be an idea. Alternatively give your GP surgery a call and explain your situation and let them know that you've found it difficult to get any advice and support with managing this pain.
