Has anyone had this?

I have to choose between this

Or

A mastectomy.

I have to have lymph nodes remod too anyway.

Choice is mastectomy on left boob then wear a prosthetic boob.

Or 

Have a breast reduction on both boobs. Longer op. Longer to recover. Smaller boobs. 

So hard to know which is best. Don't want to be in alot of pain after a longer op.
