that’s the first negative I’ve heard on this site since joining , that’s interesting do you think some folk over play , I’m not sure I’ve noticed x love Lara xx 

This is Vanessarobbo's post.  Yours is negative I found frightening 30 lymph glands removed.I had no lymph involvement,  2 were taken as I was part of a research program. Sorry to disagree with you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're facing a possible breast cancer diagnosis. We know that for many people this period of waiting for results can be difficult and it's natural that you may be feeling a wide range of emotions. Facing the unknown can be a scary prospect and everyone deals with this differently. The important thing is to remember that should you go on to be diagnosed with breast cancer that there is lots of support available to you both here in the Cancer Chat community as well as from the team that will be coordinating your care. 

It's good to hear that your husband is trying to remain positive. I know that we've had many people here on the forum who have found that approaching their diagnosis and treatment with a positive mindset has been helpful. However, I will also say that I can very much understand why you are preparing yourself for a worst-case scenario. There is no right nor wrong way to deal with a cancer diagnosis as whilst many of us may have similar experiences, everyone's journey is unique to their own individual circumstances. 

Hopefully the Consultant will be able to give you some reassurance when you see them later this week. In the meantime, if you think it might help to chat things through with one o four nurses ahead of that appointment you're most welcome to give them a call. I'm sure they will be happy to offer any advice, information, and support they can along with helping you think about any questions that you might want to ask when you see the specialist. If you'd like to talk with them they're available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040.

Hope you are ok , I hope I haven’t worried you about telling you of my auxiliary node clearance having 30 nodes removed .

I was hoping that when I shared this and they all come back clear it was giving a positive outcome as going through it I didn’t feel it was going to be positive, but wanted to tell people here that if they ever had to have this operation there is light for them xxx
