My father-in-law is a cancer patient from the past year. We are from middle income country. Our family is a middle class family as well. My wife and I came in the UK last year.

Due to the lack of advanced medical care in our country, we had to seek treatment from neighboring countries since he fell ill. This has been going on for the past one year. In the beginning, radiation and chemotherapy were going on, but now only chemotherapy is going on.

This type of treatment is very expensive. It is becoming difficult for us to continue. What can I actually do depending on the current situation?
