Annie I’m on month I’m on month 9 of taking tamox only the last two weeks the fluseshes have started how long have you been taking them if you don’t mind me asking and how long before your flushes started x 

I have been taking them for a couple of years., I was taking them hoping they would help with sun spots, then once home I stopped and that’s when they started really badly, I was having severe flushes every hour through the night. I eventually realised the only different thing I was doing was I had stopped taking the antihistamine so that night I took one and slept all night.  I could be just me but for a couple of pounds it’s worth a try but take them an hour or so before you go to bed. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. Please let me know if they help, it would be interesting to know x

is it the Morrison ones that only work or is it a anthyhistinine in general ? Xx

I have used other supermarket antihistamine, but just the cheap one and they seem to be the same, don’t go for the non drowsy ones though as this could be a contributing factor

I have been taking chlorophenimine anthyhistinine the last few weeks maybe these are what’s causing it these are non drowsy, I got a call with my gp today aswell as this can’t continue I was awake about 5 times last night my chest was actually wet and backs of my knees it’s so awful x 

Oh I know that feeling, water running between my boobs .  All I can say is it works for me and most nights I have a good nights sleep even through the last couple of weeks in the heat, it’s not a cure but if it helps, like my oncologist said, just keep taking them.  I don’t feel drowsy when I go to bed .  My GP gave me something to help a few years ago but they gave me migraines and that’s when I went back to antihistamine x

Sorry I should have said that ever the GP gave me had no effect what so ever

I’m gunna get these from Morrisons for sure x
