Inflamed adenoid

Hi,

Is there anyone on here who has had an Mri scan on their adenoids 2wks cwt. 2 weeks tomorrow and no results.Dr said other than inflammation unsure what is causing the intermittent cough of 15 mths no other symptoms. Therefore I'm wondering why cwt. Any help please would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
